Our mission at Your Florida Transaction Coordinator is to provide top of the line, professional, seamless, accurate, and exceptional proactive transaction coordination that supports real estate agents as well as FSBO deals, and ensures every file is complete, every deadline is met, and every closing is smooth.
We help you be more successful and less stressed!
Let us handle your transaction coordination management so you can spend your time getting your next deal, increasing your production while decreasing your stress level – allowing you to do more and enjoy life more!
There is never an upfront fee on our transaction coordination management. You pay when the deal closes.

If that’s you, you most surely need to hire us to handle your transaction coordination for you!
In addition to transaction coordination management services, we do offer a few other services including home inspection consulting (if your client doesn’t understand their home inspection or you want to be able to better negotiate a deal based on findings of inspection), lease renewals and contract/addendum preparations. Like deals where each one is different, our services can be made to fit your needs. If you have any questions or want to discuss services/fees and what we can do for you, visit the contact page.
Your Florida Transaction Coordinator was created as a natural extension of my real estate career—built by someone who truly understands the moving parts behind a smooth transaction.
I’ve been licensed in Florida real estate since November 2012 and earned my Broker License in 2017, so I know firsthand the pressure agents face to keep deals organized, compliant, and on track. Along the way, I expanded my expertise even further by obtaining my Florida Home Inspector License in 2021 (after having been in the roofing and construction industry since 1985) and my Community Association Manager (CAM) License in 2025.
I’m also a commissioned Notary Public since 2009 and a certified NNA Signing Agent, with early experience in the mortgage industry through 2010—which means I understand contracts, timelines, lending, and the details that can make or break a closing.
In short, I’m licensed across multiple aspects of the real estate industry because I believe great agents deserve transaction support from someone who gets it. I thrive on professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication, and delivering high-quality service—so you can focus on your clients while I keep the transaction running smoothly behind the scenes.
